West Bretton Church
We have strong links with the church in West Bretton and enjoy celebrating important festivals such as Harvest and Christmas in this special place with parents and other members of the local community. Glee Club, our school choir, also sings at special Sunday services like Mother’s Day, Harvest and Christmas.
Reverend Philip Bee, the Methodist minister, visits our school at least each half term and leads an act of collective worship for our children. These assemblies celebrate different Christian festivals and stories, as well as promoting Christian values. In addition to this, children learn about festivals from other religions around the world in both RE and other collective worship sessions.
